We help kids from toddler to teenagedom become more calm, coordinated, and connected. We skill-build while exploring and playing in nature in and near SLO . We support neurodivergent kids (Autistic, ADHD, sensory, difficulties, anxiety) and kids that have experienced adoption and trauma. We believe in helping every kid discover their own superpowers to feel more confident and live life with greater ease and joy. We offer group, individual, and parent coaching for my clients and their families.
