Carol Ramirez CLA, LDA is a Certified and Registered Legal Document Assistant. She is a non-attorney alternative who helps her clients obtain documents written by attorneys but at a fraction of the cost of typical attorneys fees.  Carol is a certified estate planner, preparing revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney and transfer deeds.  She also assists her clients by preparing all of the complex court forms required in probate proceedings.
