The JCC-Federation of SLO seeks to foster a united community on the Central Coast through programs offering educational, social and recreational activities based on Jewish principles. We strive to 'Build community locally, connecting globally.' We serve as the focal point of Jewish community life in San Luis Obispo County. We are a non-profit organization enriching life in the area and connecting people of all backgrounds, ages, and religions. The JCC-Federation is a part of the Jewish Federations of North America, a global network of communities. Locally, we are members of the SLO Chamber of Commerce, SPOKES, and the Downtown Association, along with being a partner (through our Jewish Family Services of SLO) with Transitions-Mental Health Association. Our 1,900+ member-based organization is led by its JCC-Federation Manager, volunteers, committees, and Board of Directors.
