Pardon My French Bakery is a local family owned and operated business. Lalo (the pastry chef) is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, and his wife, Jamie is a Cal Poly graduate and 4th generation in San Luis Obispo. The bakery currently specializes in fresh baked fresh pastries, gourmet desserts, special event cakes and wedding dessert bars. Everything is baked from scratch and fresh daily.
