The Center Studio is a yoga and fitness studio plus wellness lifestyle boutique on the Central Coast.  Our studio offers the largest variety of classes at the best value. Centrally located downtown San Luis Obispo, our class schedule supports your individual daily goals, whether you are in search of restorative yoga to assist with injury rehabilitation, a physical workout to build strength and flexibility, or relaxation after a stressful day. We offer over 65 classes per week, hold special events and workshops and yoga teacher training programs. Check our website for a complete schedule of classes and upcoming events.
