Vellum Design Build was founded in 2003 by owner Paul Abbott. Put simply, we place a lot of care in to every aspect of the product we deliver. As a Design/Build company we are the single source of responsibility over the entire project. We lead the architects, engineers and project consultants throughout the design process, coordinate entitlements and permitting and manage the field during construction. This approach of top-down collaboration ensures key project goals of Design Intent, Budget and Timeline are carefully coordinated every step of the way.
